Information about personal data processing and support requests.

Data and purposes

The form collects your name, email, municipality, message and optional telephone. Data is used to reply, assess requests and quotes, and arrange support. Do not submit passwords, recovery keys, confidential documents or health information.

Legal bases

Support and quotation requests are handled on the basis of steps taken at your request before a contract and performance of a contract, under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Mandatory compliance relies on point (c). Website protection and abuse prevention rely on the legitimate interest in security under point (f).

Technical data and recipients

The server may log IP address, date, requested URL and request outcome. The form uses a technical session and anti-spam controls; messages are sent to the business notification mailbox. Data is available to the controller and, where necessary, hosting, email and technical service providers appointed according to their role. It is not published.

Retention

Requests are retained for the time needed to reply and manage the relationship. Service and administrative records follow statutory periods; dispute-related records may be retained to protect legal rights. Technical logs follow server retention settings, to be defined before publication.

Providing data and rights

Name, email, municipality and message are needed to use the form; phone is optional. Direct contacts are also available. Where applicable, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by emailing info@softkey.it. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.

External services and transfers

WhatsApp and linked websites open only when you choose them and apply their own privacy notices. Any transfers and providers of the final website must be checked against the actual configuration before publication. Customer profiling and automated decision-making are not envisaged.
