Service terms

How visits work, rates, availability and remote support.

Visits and availability

On-site visits by appointment. Indicative hours: Monday–Friday 09:00–19:00, Saturday 09:00–12:30. Sundays and public holidays closed unless arranged. Hours do not guarantee immediate availability.

Rates

First hour €40, with a one-hour minimum charge. Subsequent hours €35 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments of €17.50. All displayed amounts exclude VAT. Rounding of the final increment will be clarified in the quote before engagement. No travel or call-out fee in the 12 covered municipalities.

Additional work

Duration and resolution depend on the issue. Additional work, parts, materials, licences and third-party services are agreed beforehand. Not every fault can be guaranteed to be resolved.

Remote help

Brief free help covers small occasional issues and initial diagnosis, subject to assessment. Lengthy work and frequent support are not included. For subscriptions visit www.aiutoinrete.it.

Data recovery

Data recovery is a separate service with dedicated assessment and terms. Details at www.datarecoverypro.it.

Request and engagement

Submitting the form does not create a contract or an obligation to purchase. Scope, total price, terms and applicable consumer rights are communicated and agreed before engagement. Contracts made remotely or at home are subject to the duties applicable to that method.

Data and access

We agree on work involving data and required access before the visit. Do not send credentials in the contact form.
